I recently had the pleasure of attending a pre 70th birthday party with 4 family members including the birthday lady, 2 daughters and her granddaughter.
3 chose to have 20 mins of reflexology and the other lady chose 20 mins of Indian head massage. They all thoroughly enjoyed the start of the birthday celebrations in a relaxing way before the guests arrived.
