About me

I am Lindsay-Jane and a fully qualified and accredited International Professional Practitioner of Holistic Therapy and Medicine specialising in a variety of holistic therapies and therapeutic treatments (BA (Hons), Dip.HE, ITEC, IPHM, IIHHT).

I am a very professional, kind and caring practitioner and I fully understand the different needs required of my clients, therefore, I will work with you in confidence to achieve the very best out of my therapies to suit your needs and to suit you personally.

If you would like to discuss my therapy techniques, how these may benefit you, what you would like to achieve and what you would expect, then please do not hesitate to contact me via telephone, text, messenger, WhatsApp or email. I will respond back to you as soon as I am available.

I offer my practice as a mobile service/home visits only in the comfort of your own home and surroundings. I am available 7 days a week including bank holidays and evenings and I do not charge an additional fee for unsociable hours. I arrive fully equipped in terms of a massage table and towels, although I'm more than happy to use any aromatherapy oils which you may provide as your preference.

In the meantime, I would like to thank you very much for your time in reading all about my therapies and about me, and I really look forward to being able to help and support you in the future.

I always say my strength comes from the sports and activities I have played over the years.

My love of horses started at a very young age and has continued till now. I love spending time with Luca, my quirky warmblood, he keeps me on my toes and takes my mind away from the day to day events we all face.

In my younger days, I have been a junior badminton champion and played at County level. I am also a keen golfer, and achieved single figure status having played tournaments at some amazing golf courses around the world.

Skiing has also been a great sport for me and the experiences have been amazing; my favourite resorts by far are the Canadian Rockies and my passion for the outdoors continues with the help of my dog, Ollie, who loves long walks in the Peak District and holidays in Cornwall.

Of latter years, my partner Steve has introduced me to his love of sailing and we have sailed around the Greek Islands with many more adventures planned.

I also enjoy reading a good book, cooking, listening to music, eating a good authentic curry but most of all, a traditional Sunday Roast surrounded by family and friends, which for me is a great way to unwind after a busy week and to be able to take on the challenges of the week ahead.
